Message I also find foolish, these customers who, over the years, went to them despite the myriad of documented horror stories and snafus, expecting the same type of service from a small operation like IPP, SpecialtyZ, SPL, ConceptZ, et....from an operation the size of Z1 who clearly cannot find/afford quality help and is too big for Russell to micromanage on his own.

Everything these people had problems with were things they easily could have gotten done by these smaller vendors and been flooded with glowing references from prior customers who reside here.

I admire Russell for aiming to provide that type of service with such a larger scale operation, but so far it has proven itself unattainable, and people should have recognized that, ESPECIALLY given all the documentation over the years. Some will say "Well Z1 tries to come off as providing that level of service so they are misleading the Z community". I do not fault Russell for "talking the talk". Who honestly expects him to market Z1 as "Z1--not as good as XXXXX". Find me one business or product in the US that does not tout itself as the best in one way or another. I can understand the customers who were local or within reasonable driving distance, but a great many of the horror stories I would reply "Why did you subject yourself to the unnecessary risk of having a bad experience, with vendors X, Y, and Z as perfectly good alternatives?"
